It is 40 million years old and was found there. Then we move to the Falls of Wadi El Rayan, a natural depression located in the Western Desert, at a depth of 42 meters below sea level. Wadi El Rayan consists of two lakes connected by the only waterfalls in Egypt, which were formed in 1970 by the flow of sewage water from agricultural lands in Fayoum.
